大学会关注你的成绩走势。如果你现在得了许许多多的A，但是你高中初期的成绩并没有那么理想。这种情况下，大学会发现你成绩的进步趋势，并且会给予你适当的理解。同样的道理，如果你在高中一开始成绩很好，但在11年级的时候退步了，大学也同样会注意到这种情况。如果你的成绩下降有合理的原因，比如你请了一段时间病假，要在申请中说明这个情况。
学校会关注你的班级排名。如果你的高中将班级排名情况体现在成绩单上，大学是会关注到这个排名的。也就是说，学校会根据你的学校规模来考察你的排名情况。如果你就读于一所很小的高中，班级排名可能没有那么重要。同样，如果你在一所竞争很大的高中读书，学校在看你的排名时也会考虑学校的大小。学校也会关注其他会影响你排名的因素。比如，如果你在10年级之后转学，这有可能会影响你的排名情况——所以需要向你所申请的大学说明这些特殊情况。
