Stephanie Zamorano
Academic Programs Coordinator
Stephanie Zamorano earned her B.A. from Dartmouth College, where she majored in Government and minored in Education Public Policy. Stephanie has experience working in the areas of study abroad, language learning, and remedial education. She manages all of the administrative functions of the office, and serves as an invaluable resource to families and students.

Adrian Bitton
Assistant to the Director
Adrian Bitton earned her B.A. from the University of Richmond, where she double majored in Rhetoric and Communication and Leadership Studies.
During her time at Richmond, Adrian worked in the Office of Undergraduate Admission in a variety of capacities, including serving as a student representative on the Undergraduate Admission Committee, where she had the opportunity to hear and make decisions on special Admission cases. She also served as a Student Admission Representative (tour guide), Office Assistant, Admissions Intern, and Speech Center Consultant, where she specialized in training tour guides.

Melissa Ser, Ph.D.
Writing Specialist
Melissa Ser earned a Ph.D. and M.A. in English from the University of Rochester, where she taught Freshman Composition and lectured on both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
She was also an English instructor at the undergraduate level at the Rochester Institute of Technology. At the high school level, Dr. Ser has taught AP English Language, AP English Literature, and general English since 2005. While in graduate school, she worked as a research assistant editing scholarly texts.
Dr. Ser earned her undergraduate degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from Florida State University. As an undergraduate, she won First Place in the Florida Collegiate Honors Council Writing Awards, a state-wide competition.
